You are a true green thumb! I have a lot of Alocasia - they don't die on me like they do for some folks - but they are slow growers and drop leaves and never get to the fullness you have here on your Cuprea. So so beautiful - and you are such a talent! Sincerely, your friend from the Midwest of the USA who love love loves your channel!

Does staking them to the pole with twine stunt its growth if it's too supportive or restrictive? Thank you!

I just got given one of these but it unfortunately had to search for the light. It is one stem and is very leggy. Should I chop it back to an inch off the media to start again?? Help please 🥺

Love you and this video. Such a pleasure to learn! I’m assuming that this technique will work with any type of alocasia?

Absolutely love your videos!! Please create an update soon! 🥰 There’s only a few vids about cuprea here, I recently bought one and it got me thinking why some cuprea leaves look more redish and some greenish? Could they be a different cuprea variant? Mine looks like yours but only have 2 leaves! May I know how old or how long did your cuprea start shooting out new leaves?

Gardens & Crystals Oh my gosh you actually replied!! I am shaking!! Thanks for the info. Hope mine does the same as yours and becomes even half as beautiful!! Super love your vids!! 🥰 💕

Is that not a flower stem rather than a new leaf?
@judyisapunk79282 жыл бұрын
Yes. It’s an inflorescence and not a new leaf.

Are you saying "leccer balls" what are they ??? stones??

First time I've heard it called it a "Coop-ree". Always thought cuprea was pronounced Coop-ree-a.
