I know I did all the steps right since i've been contacting roblox before too. However, roblox sent me an email withing a few hours saying that they "aren't able to reset or disable parents pin codes upon any user request." I have a huge problem i can't play mm2 or N/A ages games and it sent me a messages says "this game due is unavailable to your age settings" and everyone said the only way to fix that is to disable account restrictions and go to parental controls then press 13+ and enter your PIN i forgot my PIN and then i searched a way on how to find your PIN and everyone just said contact roblox i did and it didn't work it only resets your password number WHAT SHALL I DO😭..
