How to reset B&O E8

Thank you for this demonstration. A relative gave me an older pair to fix, but the device won't reset (the light will blink white but won't turn red to reset). Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?

My left one stopped working after 6 months. Did everything as advised and even send it to service centre. They send it back saying unable to reproduce fault. It’s has same issue and customer care refuses to do so anything. DONOT BUY AS YOU WILL HAVE NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT.

Why so much dislikes?You need to take out both earpieces of the box, then: Turn the right one by pressing for one sec, after light goes solid white press and hold right bud button for like 10-15 seconds untill it blinks red.

Ive done that but the light won’t blink red. It also doesn’t blink blue when I try to connect to it with Bluetooth

It's because the E8's are dodgy pieces of garbage that will die at random with no way to fix them and B&O not giving a damn about it. So when you try to do the factory reset, they won't flash red anymore, hence the dislikes
