Mine g3000 wifi one not printing color except black. Previously happened after cleaning(by pressing stop button until alarm flashes 2 times or 3 times like deep cleaning) test printing coming fine and color print working well. But same happened after 6l8 months. Not using it frequently. Same process followed but at deep cleaning ALARM AND POWER ALTERNATIVELY FLASING 8 TIMES. SEARCHED FOR THE ERROR CODE AND FOUND 1700/ 1701 INK OBSERVER FULL. WHAT TO DO?

Hi! May I ask for help? I had entered the service mode as you suggested. After the green light became stable, pressing the stop button doesn't make the lights cycle (no shifting to orange and green when I press 5x), and after pressing the start button, the printer feeds the paper (just a bit), the shuts down without printing anything. In our case the reset failed, because we couldn't get the printer in the reset mode. After pressing the button for 5 times the yellow light kept on burning and there was no green light.
