This works. Was a Windows 10 user and either my password got changed or hacked so I unplugged from the internet just to be on the safe side. This PC has a serious problem... Most likely, your Windows disk is encrypted with an application like Bitlocker and this method will not help you reset your password. You can ask a computer service for help, but I'm not sure that they will be able to solve your problem. My recommendations: 1.
