Just opened the silver mesh and cleaned it. It worked fine for me.

Awesome video thank you man! Literally worked on the first try, did the double tap, held it for 5 seconds put them back in the case, turned off Bluetooth then re connected earbuds. At first it didn’t do it but then after disconnecting again it worked! My right earbud went deaf lol not anymore thank you!

Hi, I've seen your videos and I can't put the headphones in pairing mode with each other. They are in mono mode since I bought it. I did a reset and it is not solved, the problem is that it does not enter pairing mode between the headphones. I need them to flash blue white quickly between them (left or right) so that it stays in stereo mode. you can help me ? Jbl 230nc

firstly, it worked a month back , it back into the same mode where my right ear piece hearing was very low , i tried it a couple of times, but just not getting back , i even tried to factory resent it from the JBL app, but still not helping, is there any master reset system ?

my 230nc are new and when I put them back in case, sometimes it just won't disconnect from mobile, it is a loose connection issue of the connectors? happens 7 times out of 10

it you feel hardware issue means, just replace it. also, please check case has enough battery.

In headphones app, go to support section there is a option to reset. try that. And on earbuds try doing the steps fastly and during not connected to any device

I kind of figured it out why I can't reset it, it is because the left and right are not syncing between them, because of this problem it only works in mono mode and reset, firmware update, etc are all disabled. So my problem is, that the earbuds are not syncing between them

@@astro9669 I figured it out. So it turns out they are sensitive to dirt. Clean them with wipes or tissue with alcohol. Clean the little holes. Hopefully it work cause mine has been fixed.
