Only one earbud working on JBL VIBE100tws (How to re synch the earbuds)

In this video we explain how to fix a problem with the JBL VIBE100tws truly wireless earbuds.
The problem is that only one earbud is playing music at a time. But it is not possible to use them both together in stereo.
Please not that in general both earbuds still work individually - they just won't work together.
In case one earbud does not work at all, then this fix will not solve your problem.

I tried a few other videos you have, regarding left ears not working, and I couldn't seem to get it to work (jbl vibe 200tws, btw). This one starts with "turn off bluetooth for all connected devices." That may be my problem. Unfortunately, I'm at work, my sister is also at work (in a different part of the city), and my personal laptop is at home. Pity. I'll try this out when I get home, and - hopefully - this will work. I'll edit this comment to give an update if it worked. Thanks, even if it doesn't work! Edit: It's not working. I factory reset them prior to this, I disconnected them from my devices (or at least, the ones that were powered on), and it still did not work. The LED's never synched up after tapping 3 times, and the left ear still is not working. Help?

Another edit: All bluetooth the ears are connected to must be turned off, or all bluetooth within 50 km the ears are connected to must be turned off? I can turn bluetooth off at work, where the only devices should be my cell phone and my work computer - both of which I can turn bluetooth off for, quite easily. No other devices that my ears have connected to should be close enough to connect again, but one ear is still not playing music. Like I said, the tap controls work fine. Is it possible that I used it on its own so much that I wrecked something inside? I don't think so, but it's technically not impossible. I will say my thanks in advance!

I got totally same situation with my tune 230 tws. I can connect them bout with phone, but, active are only one, if active are left, I hear only left, then inside Bluetooth settings I can chose different connection , right , now it's active and my right only works .. so , yeah, both sides are working, but like different devices.. and thing about disable Bluetooth every paired devices, I can't do that, one phone died, and that's impossible to turn off Bluetooth at that device :D . I think it's only 20 m range for Bluetooth signal.. But still, I totally unlucky with re-sinc.. ;/

This tutorial is really nice, but it doesn't works for me. After the process botht earbuds connect to my phone, both are activ but one of them is for phone and one of them is for media. I have no idea what can i try. In my phone's options there is nothing what i don't tried. Thx for this tutorial Update. It works. I pushed all the buttons crazy af and it worked. I think, i doesn't hold the buttons after 3-4-5-6 times pushing.

My experience while using this jbl wave 100. I don't know why the sound produced when it's reset is more enjoyable, then when I put it in and use it again it feels too piercing. I need to reset it again so that the sound is enjoyable.

Basically what you need to do is 1. Disconnect Bluetooth from active devices 2. Place earbuds in their case 3. Take the buds out again and wait about 5 seconds. 4. Press the buttons on the earbuds 3 times in a row. 5. After a few seconds, Press the buttons 3 times again but hold them on the third Press. 6. Turn your Bluetooth back on on your device. 7. Forget the last connection of the earbuds. 8. Scan, and reconnect the earbuds.
