Guys I found the last step..after step three and you take them both out. Rapidly tap each earbud 4 times. You will see the red/Blue lights blink SLOWER. Indicating that they are actually pairing. Once you see this. Put them in your ears and wait for the “Pairing” after this. Turn your Bluetooth back on and connect. I did this man’s steps like 20times and got no results. Turns out your only resetting it. Not connecting them L0L. So rapidly press each ear bud 4 times after you reset them. They should both be playing simultaneously

1 remove earbuds from Bluetooth list 2. Turn both earbuds off bye holding each of there buttons for 4 seconds 3. Press the button on each ear bud for 10 seconds 4. Rapidly press the main button on each earbud 4 times 5. Place both back until light is red

The red light doesn't appear when I put one of the buds in the case but the other one does even when I put it on the other side. The lights do work otherwise like when I take them out to pair. Is it broken do you think or doe you think it is still charging?

Try one bud at a time. Take them out. Push power button until it goes off then place it back in the case. Do the other one then put it back in the case. Turn your Bluetooth on and take them out and they both should pair and connect.

If it’s not working with this instruction, try quickly tapping the button on each bud 4 times fast. Worked for me!

Try doing one bud at a time. Turn Bluetooth off then take them out of the case. Push power button on left bud until powered off. Place back in case, then turn the right bud off and place in case. Turn your Bluetooth back on and remove buds and they should pair.

Take them out of the charging case , make sure they are on and then press both earbuds 4 times at the same time , if they Flashes blue 4 times it means they're synchronize and are ready to Go Good luck thats whats work to me 🤘
