Good video, just to add , it should be held for 2 minutes as it enters a learning function. You’ll know when it has completed as the card lining panel will close more or less to half way.

It should sit a mm higher than the rear roof after reset. Yours needs bracket mount adjustment.

2015 worked like a charm just make sure you start the car and completely cycle it. I made the mistake once before of not letting it fully cycle and it would only go back and forth no auto or tilt.

Hey I just tried this on mine however I didn’t want to continue to do it because I didn’t know whether or not to do to the fact that it’s making a noise like a noise like it’s stuck or something is causing it not to close or something I don’t now it’s making a loud repetitive sound and I this is my first BMW right now and it’s 1000 for 325I and if you could help me nanny way possible I am gosh you be amazing and thank you ahead of time for any tips or tricks you ain’t have I have never owned a BMW this is my first one I am pretty hands-on with cars but again this is my first BMW and I don’t know what to do and we’re going to get a storm

NicoleKristine Check and lubricate the tracks. Closely investigate when the noise is happening to try to work out what is going on. Don’t be intimidated by the fact it is a bmw. They are still machines like all cars and can be worked out and fixed. They are just better built. 😉 MRT
