A blue or pink-violet color coolant. Up to the manufacture date of April 2014 most Mercedes-Benz engines used the blue MB 325.0 and MB 326.0 specification coolant. After April of 2014, Mercedes started using the pink-violet MB 325.5 MB 325.6 coolant specification.

I had the same issue, “full service cannot be completed” after hitting confirm, however once I fully turned the engine on the service indicator had in fact reset back to “365 days until service B”. So I think it does work the first time, it just doesn’t tell you on the message that pops up

hi you need to turn the key to position 1 and if its keyless just press the start once and also the trip and mileage should be displayed. thanks

Hi, I know it gets tricky when doing that. Make sure you have trip and miles displayed, switch ignition off and on again to key position 1 or just press the start button once. Press and hold call button and immediately press call and hold both buttons and that should bring up the service reset menu. Hope you crack it 😊🙏🏽
