How to reset service interval on Honeywell programmer

You may find these in social housing or rental properties where sometimes gaining access to the property can prove difficult if the tenant isn't cooperating.
By having a service interval it will stop the timer from allowing the demands to switch on, meaning the engineer will need to gain access to service the boiler, carry out safety checks and then reset the interval.
You can find the manual online or just screenshot the last 2 slides.

Cheers! Heating company have got annual service completely out of sync with the service due settings and I'm sick of having to take time off work for someone to come out and spend less than a minute resetting it. I love KZbin solutions so much! 🙏

The function is there to keep you and your kids safe by ensuring that uour boiler is serviced and maintained correctly maybe you should give the gas company access to do so

​@@paulhughes8724in the previous commenters defence, I live in social housing and my boiler is regularly serviced at least once a year, however, I have watched the countdown descend and finally the display has shut down to OFF, so although my boiler has been serviced and safety checked, the engineer clearly did not reset the countdown

If you leave the hot water timer on from for example 4pm-10pm, is the boiler going to keep reheating the water continuously? Or does it automatically stop heating the water once its reached boiling point?

It will still cut off once the desired temperature is reached on the thermostat
