Best bet is to find someone(small mechanic shop) who works primarily with european cars to diagnose the problem for cheaper.

The reset needs to be pushed rapidly 3 times to access the service menu. Watch the video very carefully and you will notice this. Pushing the button too slowly will not allow you access to the menu. Hope this helps.

hello, a question: most Mercedes models with built-in telephone, are equipped with UHI connector and a cradle for a specific model and brand (eg Siemens S75). Is there an inexpensive solution to replace the cradle with a reducer where the UHI connector can be connected directly to an iPhone 7? or is there a diagram to make this yourself, and if necessary to connect via a bluetooth module? I am not aware of such diagram or solution, but depending on the model and the head unit type of the car you can purchase a separate bluetooth module that you can connect to the head unit. Check Tavarish's S class video part of his Ultimate daily driver playlist.

Is the dash showing the mph or km/ph screen? It has to be on that screen for the car to access the service menu.
