I’ve done it a couple times it worked everytime. Doesn’t work on red check engines. Did you make sure the truck shutdown completely before trying ?

I saw your comment and almost decided to not try it. But at the same time told myself I got nothing to lose. Lucky enough, it did work for my 2016 kenworth T680.

⁠@@trucksntips I have a green standby light on for the ac to come on in the sleeper berth..not sure if thats why it wont work cuz its still a light on and u said it should have no lights..system check says theres no issues so im confused why its on

@@Ajcarter95 In general green lights are not issues, it`s more for informational purposes/to adivse you. If I am understanding it`s a green light in the sleeper usually means you are controlling the temperature from the sleeper. Instead of from the dash or vise versa. I hope this helps.
