How to reset your AC in your freightliner

AC stopped working was already debating what days to take off to get it fixed luckily I KZbind it first thanks for taking the time to post this information, blowing cold again.

This trick worked on my 2016 Peterbilt...heat went out. Mechanic tells my HVAC is out and quoted me over 3k !! Got back up in truck decided to search KZbin University in hopes of finding a cheaper solution. Came across this video. Tried it and instantly got my heat back !!! And considering it's -27°F up here on the haul road heat is literally life !! THANK YOU !!!!

2020 freightliner ac would only work for the first hour or if I adjusted speed/temp/region. This immediately fixes it HOWEVER only for about 20 mins. No problem I can reset it without stopping as many times as needed so I can deal until I get back. What do I tell the shop guys as far as what is broken and how to fix it for good? Again thank you!!

If the thermometer in your sleep or stops, working just open the plastic panel, unplug the thermometer and plug it back in this really helps if you cannot get the heat on in the winter time. This is not for the bunk heater. This is for the air conditioner controls in the sleeper.

If you are driving a 2021. Hold those buttons until they start blinking keep holding it then let go then shut it off wait couple of minutes then start it hopefully it will work. Thanks a lot dude

Just to clarify....start with the truck engine OFF, but with key turned to ON position. Perform reset, then turn key to OFF position, then start truck? I just want to get all the details right before I try this. Thanks!
