If you had a phone number connected to the account you may be able to log in with that instead. Otherwise you'll have to contact Facebook for help getting your account back, and you'll likely have to verify your identity by providing them with ID, etc. before they'll allow access.

This guides outdated this method doesn't work u can get the message sent to ur email its sent over messages and the 6 digit pin doesn't work most the time and when u click resend u won't even get a message
