if ur right or left earbuds is sying waiting for a tws , turn both of them off and hold on the sensor on both of the buds for upto 20sec , u will get a bleep sound and put them in case and pair them again, u r good to go

If there is waiting for tws message ~~~ first u have to reset it by pressing them for 10 second one bip sound will come then unpress it and put it in charging box then put out them , press again u will get power on message, after that put it on cas agian . Close it wait for 5 min , again put them out and your device is ready to pair again. Remember in this process turn off the Bluetooth in your device.

For some reason both of my earbuds are separate bluetooth devices and i cannot get them to be connected together again, i could still use both of them by making my sound go trough both of them but that removes a lot of quality of the sound, anyone knows a fix? same thing happened to me, managed to fix it by doing the reset thing on both sides, it should have a single beep noise. after that forget the earbuds on ur phone. It should pop up again and be fixed.
