Is there any way to bypass the touch panel and convert the system to a remote control instead.?

Unfortunately not. The tsp is required to operate the control box. What’s is your problem/ issue?

Hey mate, this didn’t solve my issue with my wall panel (it doesn’t boot up at all, just a blank screen) but an informative video all the same!

It’s most likely either a died power supply or died touch panel. If you have power / lights on the control box in the ceiling it will be the touch panel We can help with both parts if you need support. Parts are available on our store at AirConSolutions.com.au Thanks AirConSolutions

Hey so our wall panel isn't connecting at all through WiFi it's an Android system and it keeps saying ezone services have stopped. I've cleared the cache and everything and it's still not working I don't know what to do it's getting cold and I usually have it on at night for our bub. Any suggestions thanks heaps

Unfortunately if you have set up a pin for your tsp, there is no solution for this. We have had a number of clients that had this issue. We have tried. Sorry for the bad news on this
