Zoning System Non Responsive. How to Bypass a Faulty Zone Board EP146

Sunday morning no cool call. 2 zone system is not responding to calls from the thermostat. Turns out to be a faulty zone control board. This is how to bypass a zone system to get some cooling until you can return to replace the zone control board.

You're a great Technician. I have a question please. It's 322 board why only one t stay is connected? Isn't should be more than one stat ?

One tstat is wired in the other is wireless and is using that RF interface that’s connected to ABCD

The HZ332 and HZ432 come with instructions but they're pretty intuitive to program. I'm pretty sure that you can Google it and get the instructions. Those are my favorite boards because, on multistage equipment, you can program the board to stage up on a call from the thermostats (Y2, W2), percentage of zones calling or on a changeable time delay. Those boards are also great for their test feature as well, easy to test damper motors without running through to house to thermostats.
