Is there a way to get the gamepad drivers other than the official website? I've tried that and windows reset, and I've sent an email to support whom never responded, I don't know what to do at this point.

If you purchased the ONEXPLAYER from us at DroiX, please contact us via droix.co.uk/contact-us/ with your order number. The controller drivers do require a serial number from your device, maybe to identify the hardware difference or something, so please include that and we can get the drivers for you. Thanks.

I tried to install win 10 and their drivers from their website dont work propeply , i cant install wifi module driver from their web site... my one x player is SN 22 soo ... i heard there no controllerer drivers for this series ... so i just used recovery image and still use win 11

I accidentally change the refresh rate on my system and it turns black no matter what I'm doing. Is this method going to fix my issue?

It will fix your issue but I think you could boot into safe mode and change the refresh rate there. To get to safe mode tap F8 key after switching it on, you will get a menu with the option.

From my memory, it only resets Windows and you shouldnt need to reinstall drivers. But if you do, you can find them all at onexplayerstore.com/apps/faqs

You can do this on a new NVMe, but be sure to run the original Windows installation first so that it registers the Windows license key to your email so when you reinstall you can log back in and use the licensee key.

It could be any number of reasons when it comes to Windows crashing. If you have installed any new software recently then try uninstalling that.

This is if you want to reset windows at a later date. You do not need to do this out of the box as it is a fresh install ready with the initial Windows setup.
