I like learning more about the 3D printed kits. It’s something that I will end up trying. The details and the tips you discuss are very helpful to me as this is a very specific type of 3D printed project. 👍🏻

I've seen some of your other creations so, YES! We want to see this exact same model taken to high standards of quality! It is truly amazing how far these printers have came in the last 3 to 4 years along with their affordable pricing. I also love how the companies have take the cell phone approach when it comes to budgets and models offered. Most of us can find a printer that is able to worked into just about anyone's budget. Eventually, if you were purchasing models, you're gonna break even and then start saving money. Not to mention being able to adjust the scale and event print models that are no longer produced and make one's that never were. As I learn my FDM and resin printers better, I'm going to offer printing services for individuals that have their own files but do not want to get into the physical printing themselves. Just like I do not wish to paint the models for others. Like you, their are many others that excel in the finishing of these kits way better than I ever could! Sir, yours are outstanding! Do you offer start to finish services? If you do, I'd love to be able to list you as a contact for model finishing. I know I'd be honored to one completed by you! Thank you for this review and all of your other work. It help so many of us. Please know this as it's not mentioned enough. I've seen so many great "KZbinr's" vanish simply because they thought of their time here being a waste. I know time is money and you're not compensated near enough but please know, my skills (and others) are growing because of this channel. Thank you and I hope I get to see this beautiful car and model get brought to the next level. Depending on what scale you chose, I might have a light kit that I'd love to donate! It would be from an RC kit but I believe it would work with no problems. Sorry for the long reply! Thanks again.......Justin

Oh there sure is! Especially Sci-Fi ship model builds. Even videos showing just how to print the model itself are highly sought after by the DIY community. Most have their own interpretation of how one would be painted so there's a DIY audience out there that simply wants to figure out the printing side of it.

Hello! Nice kit! I think you can use clear parts’ files to print the templates to drag windows etc using thick film or 0,7 mm plastic. Just templates need to be polished. Best regards, Alexander

Would love to see a more detailed print of this, with finishing, etc. I have a question though that I might have missed. If you want to build it in full (like with clear plastic for glass, and probably head/tail lights), is this something you can do with the 3D printer as well? Is it just with another resin? And also, did you print the wheels with the "rubber" resin or all the same hard one? Would really love to buy a 3D printer to do some cars, but I have so many doubts that I don't know where to begin to see what's good for me, resin, extrusion, etc? (eg, I would love to print custom 3D parts for Hot Wheels customising) And also safety concerns, ease of use... I really don't know where to start, so I just don't haha! BTW, I've been following for a while but just now noticed... are you Dutch? (because of your language settings in the computer haha). Wouldn't have noticed before, but I moved to NL a bit over 2 years ago :D

You can print clear parts. But they will never be as clear as one would like them to be. So for those parts vacuforming would be a better solution. All parts were printed in the same hard resin. I indeed am Dutch

Found a hobbyist vacuformer on Amazon. It’s small, area is small, but seems it would work for the “glass.” It’s called “We R Memory Keepers Mold Press Machine.” Only $83, forty sheets of thermoplastic is roughly $40. You supply the vacuum. I input a link, but then my comment got deleted. I ordered one, hasn’t arrived as yet.

@@orlandocalrissian9654 yes, looks handy for what I need. When I began searching for a vacuformer, was shocked at how expensive they are. Saw one about the size of the “We R Memory” one and it was priced at $500. Others ranged from $1100-$2000. I’m hoping it works well for a hobbyist.

Hi. I have the Halot Mage (the 8k one), I like the printer and it does print well but I feel like its not printing at its full capability. So was wondering if you could share your printer settings/chitubox settings so I can try them?

Great job! I'm enjoying making 3D models myself more and more and I'm glad you're enjoying it. I have a few built and to be built models from Andrey Berozdny. The biggest problem in fact concerns the glass parts. I hope you have some ideas on how to do this. I just tried the hot air torch... Not great!😁

doing it wrong. You should have: 1-better washed the resin (one dirty wash + one clean wash), 2-remove the supports while dunking the parts in very hot water, 3-dry the parts, 4-remove the supports.
