I think somehow we have missed the point here in the comment section. Were all people playing a game to relieve stress or escape from reality or to have fun. Being angry at others does none of those things. Simply do your best to make your experience good, while accepting anyone who wants a good experience along the way. Because rank is temporary, love is forever

There is no one simple answer to transcending above toxicity, it is simply a journey oneself takes.

I am legitimately so happy that you made this video. Because it’s almost exactly what I did to let myself enjoy games as a whole. Why does winning matter? It’s all just pixels on a screen. Almost all of us play “competitively” when we don’t make a dime playing this game. The answer is, winning doesn’t matter. Having fun will infinitely have more value. If you’re playing Orisa because you think it’ll make you win more games, yet you still get rolled, maybe it’s time to play a hero that you actually like. Play Pharah into triple hitscan, so you can celebrate every elim you get. Play Lucio, even though you can’t wall-ride. Play junkerqueen, and never fire your shotgun. Good luck, HAVE FUN. Don’t be mean in chat, you could be yelling at a goldfish.

You are so right kn your second point ESports and social media made gaming a hellscape for casual players and now everyone has to sweat while promoting their stream or trying to get a clip. Yet, there is still a huge degree of seperation from actual professional players. It has always made me kind of disappointed. Mfs just can't have fun, ever. 😂

This video is genuinely life changing. I've been trying to do something similar but in the days since I first watched this video, I've not just felt like I had to let things go; now I genuinely feel good about it.

as an update, I have completed my journey. I have gained control over my anger. I have felt only joy when playing this game. I am beyond tilting, I radiate positive vibes, my aura only increases team morale. I have no main, I play what the team needs. I no longer remember what it is like to hate this game. I have attained true inner peace, and have begun to share this wisdom to any and all who I play with.

really loved The Witness references, if you liked that game you should check out Outer Wilds if you haven't already. Great video like always, no idea how you manage to turn overwatch gameplay into basically cinema! Almost like the lazypurple of overwatch.

This is absolutely CAPTIVATING and incredibly well done. Please keep uploading, overwatch or otherwise. This gives off a lot of Fishtank (youtuber) vibes and is full of character and life in this otherwise bleak game. You really have a talent.
