The problem is not socializing itself. That is, removing all forms of communication does not work. Because most people do want to socialize, the problem becomes that no one socializes properly. We focus on trivial things upon trivial things (numbers in a video game) which we use as justification enough to belittle and insult each other. No one questions themselves as to why they even do this in the first place, because everyone does it. The freak and foolish one is the one who realizes these things are trivial, and comes to show to the men in the cave that what they see are shadows all along.
