I got it for Christmas but the watch band needed a little size adjusting. I thought I'd share the process. Different brands use a different system but this video may be able to help you out with your case.
Learn how to shorten a watch band or how to resize a watch.
Tool kit costs 2 dollars and you can find it pretty muh everywhere.

Maybe try to put some pressure not only forward but also downward while extracting it, because there is a tiny metal part that plays the role of a lock. I hope that will help you.

There should be a size table which will help you find your size. Just measure your wrist diameter and try to figure out in the size table.

Thanku bro. This video very helpful for me. By which i resize my watch chain at my home🏠. Without any instrument , I simply use only big size sewing needle. And done it. And watch is looking fabulous in your hand.
