It's urgent. Please in my photoshop 2020 I used to find these handle boxes at the first day then the second day disappeared so I cand find them when I click on the pic till I return each time to click on it's layer and today I was about to finish my work to present it tomorrow and all are gine even when I click on it's layers the small boxes and that small blue line didn't appear I can't resize neather the puc nor writen space 😭

you can use content aware scale for videos but with drastic changes like portrait to landscape it will look ugly and you will lose quality
