just an idea on how to restore a plastic dash found in many classic american automobiles..
i make chevelle videos so i also give you an idea on how to use the commonly discarded monte carlo dash

Nice video it shows how much work and steps it takes to restore a dashboard. That's why a lot of guys get a repop dashboard they won't go through all the time and steps but if they don't make a repop this is what it's going to take plus all the gauges 👍🏻😉

Do you have to drop the steering column to pull that dash panel off? Did you make a video of the dis-assembly? I need to replace some dash lights on a 1973 Monte Carlo, ...? any help out there? Also my upper dash pad is badly cracked, any videos on the upper dash pad removal?

That hole is the rear defogger blower

Thqt hole on the monte dash was a rear defogger . Wixh looks the sqme as the convertible top switch just on the other side of the radio

Actually no one probably put those holes in the one dash because my Monte Carlo has those holes in it as well and I know 100% sure that no one has ever touched it so I believe that Chevrolet did that
