Thank you for the video! I tried this on my Keepall 55 Bandoulière, and it went from the classic honey-colored patina to the same darker tone you achieved. However, now I’m having second thoughts-would it have been better to keep the original color? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!

This is really a personal preference. I always like to try and remove any noticeable spots and blend them in so that the patina is even.

The coach leather cleaner and condition would 100% work.I'm not sure you would wand to use the saddle soap, it works best on natural, undid leathers.

Does metal cleaner work the same as brass specific product? I know hardware and zipper pulls varies from brass or gold tone brass and curious if what you used on the Keepall will work on different Louis Vuitton pieces!

Yes! it works exactly the same. I prefer it because it is easy to see and and all of the hardware should be metal. I do have brass so for cleaning LV locks, because they are solid brass.

how do you clean the inside? i just got one and its pretty clean but id like to disinfect the inside :)

In this video, I simply wipe it down with a baby wipe. You can also add Downey scent beads in a mesh bag to give it a great smell! If the interior is really dirty. I suggest watching my video on washing a graceful in the bathtub with baking soda. Good luck!

The patina is darker, albeit even, which is what a lot of us are trying to avoid.

Unfortunately, you cannot "avoid" natural leather getting darker. It is natural for untreated leather to patina over time. Keeping the patina even on all parts is what keeps the bag looking beautiful! :)

@@preluxe​Of course, I’m aware LVs vachetta darkens. I own several myself. But unless the leather is discolored or uneven like on the handles, then I probably would’ve left the rest of the leather alone and just addressed the handles. Actually I add handle covers to protect/hide any blemishes.

HAHA, Well I did work for LV and I would always tell my clients, "Off the record" get the coach leather cleaner and moisturizer. They make a great product and unfortunately, LV does not make one for the public to buy. It works very well and I use it all the time!
