How to Restore an Intercooler (7.3 Powerstroke Intercooler)

Here's a fast video on how I restored a 23 year old intercooler from a 7.3 Powerstroke to go on my First Gen Cummins.
Step 1: Clean with degreaser of your choice
Step 2: Sand outside with 120 Grit
Step 3: Sand outside with 220 Grit
Step 3: Tape off outside and paint fins:
Step 4: Take a lot of pictures because its going to look great

good shit buddy, love to see the way it turned out about to pull my intercooler out and clean as-well. another product that works really well for cleaning the oil out is denatured alconhol!
