How to restore an old woodworking hand saw - Remove rust on saw blade and restore the handle

I have several rusty old saws to clean up. I am a big fan of Evaporust. What is the black tray you are using and where can I get one?

Thanks for that detail. I used a plastic boot tray. Shallow as not to waste the Evaporust but long enough to hold a blade.
