The only advice I can give you is to try until you get it right because we can't do much from our side. We can't "hack" into your app and turn it off.

Unfortunately, different apps handle things differently. If Google Authenticator doesn't have trash or other tab for restoring tokens in their app, then you should try contacting their team and asking about it.

You have to write to the part of university that has control over the system and ask them to enable account restoration.

If you've been using backup, then you simply have to turn it back on, and everything should be restored. If not, write to all the services where you have enabled 2FA and ask them to turn it off on your account.

If you haven't done any backup in the Authy app and you deleted the tokens or the app, then no, you can't restore them.

If you haven't backed it up, unfortunately, you can't. You have to contact the support team of the service you lost and ask them to help you recover your account.

We can't. We don't have access to anything related to Google Authenticator. And if you deleted them and Google Authenticator has no trash... then they are gone. How many services did you have set up?

If you deleted it and have no option to restore it, you should write to the discord support team, explain the situation and ask them to turn off 2FA on your account temporarily.
