@@channeltelos All the advice in this video is giving the same narrative that has been used for the past 70 years. We in the U.S. are fatter and sicker than ever before. To get well, the most powerful tool is intermittent and extended fasting. To get well, go carnivore. Then add in some veggies and see how your body responds. Here is the thing, what is keeping us sick is hyperinsulinemia. Too much insulin in the blood from our diets where we have to followed the mainstream narrative on what to eat and how often to eat.
