So how does the brake module work, I know with trailer brakes on pickups they normally have a way to change the sensitivity of it, is there any adjustment with the oem controller

that's a good question and I actually don't know the answer. I haven't towed with this one yet but did so many moons ago with a different one quite regularly, and there was nothing that I was aware of to adjust the trailer braking on the fly. It was always predetermined by the trailer.

@@BONDGarageI guess one more question is have you tried the trailer lights, at the ply with either a plug tester or a test light I just got mine on today and realized I have no out put other than a constant power on one pin but no power for any of the lights

@@kylemanley5536 good question. I haven't even checked yet. but it wouldn't surprise me if it only comes on when it detects a trailer connection.
