Maine bhi apni hero 8 22/09/2022 ko li thi last year Jo abhi thode din se start nahi hori thi, toh maine usse janha se liya tha us store me ja kr de diya hai vo bole hai hum return karwa denge 15 days me but abhi 20 days hogaye kuch reply nahi aaya hai retailer se. Mai aaghe kya karu?? Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aara hai

Follow the online return process directly as I explained instead of waiting for Retailer else your one year warranty period will elapse. Go to Gopro online site and follow the instructions for initiating return and you can see my video to assist with the process.

DSLR is capable of something which GoPro is not and vice versa. But once you purchased, GoPro is not going to take a return as they can only. However, you check with the seller like Amazon etc. if the product is under return period.

No, there was no problem with the battery, hence only retuned the GoPro without battery and they replaced it with new one.

Bro, not sure whether you have sent batter as well along with GoPro, if batter was also sent along with faulty GoPro then it will not pass through clears for export on air shipment.

भाई हमारा सवाल ये है कि आपका gopro9 को जब आप ऑन करते हो और उसकी जो सैटिंगस को चेक करते हो तो कितनी देर में आपका gopro गर्म होने लगता है और अगर होता है तो तो कहा से गर्म होता है मतलब की नीचे से या फिर ऊपर ओर क्या सच मे gopro9 हीट होता है या फिर नही ओर हमारे gopro9 की बैटरी जो उसके साथ आती है वो फूल गयी है तो उसका क्या हो सकता है कैमरा को लिये 9 महीने हो गए है एक बात और वो ये की हमने इसको OLX से लिया है अगर हमे इसमें कोई दिक्कत आती है और अगर हमे इसको वापिस करना पड़े तो हमे किन किन बातों को ध्यान में रखना होगा क्योंकि बिल भी उसी बन्दे के नाम से है नंबर भी उसी का हेयर gmail id भीउसी की है जिससे हमने खरीदा है

Brother, original bill chahiye aur GoPro company wale aapka GoPro ka serial number check karenge,agar genuine hua aur manufacturing defect hua aur within warranty hua to Company wale return approve kar denge. Aur hamare GoPro me koi heating issue nahi hai jabse exchange Kiya hai kyonki hum utna hi use karte hain jitna required hota hai na ke Sara din on rakhe. Aur haan setting koi bhi ho heating nahi hoti , vo sirf continuous on rakhne se ho sakta hai par mere wale me to vo bhi nahi hai. The one which I ordered from Amazon, was having a hanging problem which was duly accepted by GoPro and they sent me a new one. Hope this clarifies your concern.
