Great method. I'm just not sure how far from the edge of the parking line is the car supposed to be at the start of reversing. 1m or 1.5 m? Simpler terms should the car be on the right side of the road or 1 to 1.5m away from parking line edge

This one doesn't work for me for some reason :-( and the car is a Honda Civic

If you're driving a Honda Civic, the method should work, but it might vary slightly depending on the model or year. Try lining up the door knob with the third line and make sure your mirrors are adjusted properly for visibility when you reversing.

@@Canadiandrivers ok, it does work, but I have to turn the wheel completely (more than just 1 full turn). It works like magic though, I'm super happy. My car is manual, I'm not sure if it makes a difference
