How to reverse & stop a debit order on the Standard Bank App

I forgot my student card four digit code, and I saw your video and followed the instructions but it doesn't show me the option to view my pin, why's that?

Hey @Psycho Thank you for reaching out. Have you ensured to install the latest version of the app? If you have follow these steps after logging in: Select “manage” in between home and transact Select cards Select card settings Select view pin Enter your ID number and then select next at the top right hand corner The next screen will display your pin for the next 10 seconds We hope this helps Please feel free to reach out again if you get stuck🤝🏾

If you stop it first before reversal. How to rectify that

Hey @MinnieMoloi Thank you for the comment. If you stop the debit order before reversing you will have to contact the Standard Bank ([phone])contact centre to have it reversed manually on their end We hope this information helps .

How you do it for amounts over r500

Hey @Mason Govender. Thank you for your comment . If the app doesn’t allow you to reverse and stop a debit order over R500 you will have to call Standard Bank’s contact centre or visit your nearest branch to have it manually reversed. We hope this helps .
