Hi. I redeemed my points on friday and also opener a pure saving on the sameday. I transfered the point to my puresaving. It was suppose to reflect today into my pure savings but it hasnt yet

Hello @Danjumaabraham, Thank you for your comment. To register your app PIN, please follow these steps: 1. Select More at the bottom right-hand corner of the app. 2. Select Sign-in Preferences. 3. Choose Add Sign-in Method. 4. Enter your preferred app PIN/code. 5. Re-enter the same app PIN/code to confirm. Your new app PIN will now be added to your sign-in preferences. We hope this helps!

Hello @AndreasInnesa Thank you for your comment. Yes, Standard Bank still uses OTPs via SMS. If you’re having trouble receiving SMS messages, you may need to visit your nearest Standard Bank branch and request to update the cellphone number that receives the SMS OTPs. Hey @MMM-cc6wv Thank you for the comment. Have you tried deleting the application and reinstalling it? If you’ve done this we suspect that your card may need to have a pin reset at your nearest branch.

Hey @letlhogonoloditshwene1883 Thank you for your question. After researching the product rules for Nedbanks accounts, unfortunately once your card has been blocked you cannot reverse the action. You will have to visit your nearest branch and replace your card . However there is a different option that might work. You can create a virtual card and use it for online purchases or you can add the virtual card to Apple Pay,Google Pay or Samsung Pay to make in store purchases.

The app doesn't allow me to log in , I can log into the normal checkers app , but when it comes to the checkers sixty60 app, I can't log in. Tried to sign up as a new user it says the email account and number are already present but still can't login as an existing user.

ive been accessing moneygram via my banking app but the system has been unavable for 3 days now with no explanation from the bank. Furthermore forex is unavailable now until Tuesday..what an inconvenience this has caused me over the Easter weekend..all im getting is apologies for the inconvenience

Do the following: After logging in select more at the bottom right hand corner Select dashboards Select my personal dashboard Select the country you have accounts in Select the type of account you’d like to link Enter the card details that are associated with the account you wish to link Select your preferred OTP method After doing that you should see your linked accounts on the dashboard We hope these steps will help you

Good day @user-pz2yk7jv6x Thank you for your comment. In the video description there are two links,one is for android and the other is for apple. When you click on either link it will take you to the App Store and if there’s an update it will have a prompt that says “UPDATE”

Hey @bensenzo Thank you for your comment. We just spoke to a Nedbank Call Centre agent and we were told that all current accounts have access to the virtual card feature except for savings accounts. Sometimes the Nedbank consultants tell you that a cheque account has been created but in actual fact a savings account was created and got renamed to a cheque account. We advice that you visit the nearest Nedbank branch or contact Nedbank via the call centre 0800555111
