In March, I faced a lot of stress and faced heavy hair fall So, so after a month later, I turned to litllexttra coconniooon oil and shampoo along with their neem wood comb for detangling. It's been about nearly three and a half months at this point. I'm happy to confirm that my hair fall has reduced significantly. I apply oil, then use the shampoo, and wash using regular water, finally detangling with my trusty neem wood comb. These changes have really made a difference.

I’ve been using cocoonioon shampoo and oil for a few months. They’re beneficial for hair growth and the smell is lovely. My hair fall is lessening after every use.

Very informative. My daughter is 18 and she’s shedding hair and thinning. Her Dr said it was stress and normal doesn’t want to do blood work. I got her some iron and magnesium. Praying her hair is restored
@makaylawilliams84553 жыл бұрын
You should probably demand to do a blood test anyways. Doctors try to label things as stress and anxiety and then prescribe more meds because it makes them more money. You gotta see the blood work for yourself to know what it is, best to know now than wait until its a chronic condition.

hAIR LOSS HAPPENS FOR DIFFERENT REASONS.....THATS WHY DOCTORS CANT USUALLY HELP...THEY DONT KNOW ALL THE REASONS! BUT THATS ALSO WHY PPL COMPLICATE IT!! yOU HAVE TO FIND OUT WHAT YOUR OWN PROBLEM IS...LOW VIT D, IRON OR B-12? hORMONES? THYROID? GET SOME BLOOD WORK DONE AND NARROW IT DOWN! ANY/aLL THOSE CAN CAUSE HAIR LOSS! iN THE MEANTIME GIVE YOUR SCALP A GOOD MASSAGE FREQUENTLY FOR GOOD BLOOD FLOW AND RELAXATION!!

Interesting, my family doctor says thinning hair is a normal part of hormonal changes as we age and nothing pathological is going on, and that it could be stress and or possible I'm in perimenopause. Not surprising, all my blood tests came back "normal" too. The only thyroid they will test is TSH. No other hormones. I'm glad I have a naturalpath and you to learn from, Jenn! I will definatley be looking more into it.

I laughed out loud at the bit where you talked about having really comprehensive and specialised bloodwork done-- also the bit where you spoke about looking carefully at urine and digestion with this specialised, focused eye. I laughed because it's EXACTLY what I wish the GP's in the United Kingdom would be willing to organise for their patients. They're the most arrogant, lazy, heartless, basic pricks going. The NHS may be free, but you only get these rushed 5 minute consultations with the most bare-bones kind of approach. Anything that's rare or unusual will take YEARS for them to even move in the right direction, let alone diagnose and treat. And even then, you have to almost behave like a nagging pain in the butt. Then you're seen as 'problematic'. How ironic. I can only dream of getting the help I need whenever it comes to health. Thank you very much for this video nevertheless. :)

I totally concur with what you have to say about How and NAH with reference to hair loss. They couldn't give a damm. Having a conversation with them is pointless. The arrogance the majority show is enormous. If you find a compassionate and thoughtful G P here in the UK, sadly, they don't have the power to authorise such tests (costs too much money)and secondly they don't have the knowledge. We are completely screwed! I swear my hair loss is hormonal imbalance via menopause. I did have subclinical hypothyroidism b it I got rid of it by following Dr Brooks Goldner and her protocol. My GO in fact x2 of them refuse to accept I am in remission with it due to diet.

@@panes840 Oh, the thing is it's not hair loss I'm really talking about, it's health in general. Fancy telling a woman she has a bad back for 5 years without taking the diagnostic tests further. If someone in pain just sat and nodded like a dashboard toy without ever seeking second opinions or making a nuisance of themselves, then things like cervical cancer and endometriosis would never be diagnosed. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The only time I got a proper consultation with a kind doctor who offered support, eye contact and was fully engaged and switched on was when I went private. Wow...just wow. Chalk and cheese.

I have Alopecia. May the Lord Jesus Christ be glorified in my sufferings. 2Co 12:8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

The only things that helped me see any improvement is when I started taking a low androgen birth control pill, or when I was pregnant. I used minoxidil for a while with a little improvement. It would seem being able to lower androgens, having optimal digestive health, and balanced hormones are key to overall health which includes hair health. I am about to start a fast to try and restart my digestive health, go as healthy as possible with my diet and let stress roll off me. Note, I no longer take birth control, no longer use minoxidil. Both just aren't good long term. Certain birth control will cause hair lose. So, know that balanced hormones and good digestive tract is key, and just because you eat right doesn't mean enough of your nutrients are making it through

I have digestion issues all started with nightmare perimenopause! I can’t eat foods like I use too and I’ve lost weight and I was already thin before 😱 I SERIOUSLY don’t know how women gain weight going through this nightmare! I can only eat small portion size amounts at a time! I’m definitely anemic with vitamin mineral deficiencies! example earlier I ate 1 scrambled egg and a couple small pieces of watermelon and OMG 😱 I felt full just on that amount but OMG 😱 MY food stomach area felt SICK but it’s hard to describe it wasn’t SICK it felt tender and if my arm crossed over my food stomach area OMG 😱 it WAS SO tender I got a SICK wave 🌊 come over ME and it took hours to feel kinda better 👈🏻😱⚠️💭💭💭 then over the weekend I ate homemade small size soft potatoes 🥔 OMG 😱 they were SO good but OMG 😱 they SERIOUSLY killed MY digestive system for hours after eating! stomach was SO bloated it felt like the potatoes were stuck in MY gut and in MY intestines OMG 😱 it WAS miserable for hours and SO uncomfortable that it even flared MY heart ♥️ up 😱

This is false advertising... Androgenetic alopecia is an incurable, progressive condition. You can’t ‘reverse’ it. It can be managed and slowed, at best. If you’re going to call yourself a life coach you should at least be ethical about it. Also, there are no studies on collagen that show efficacy for hair loss. The only time vitamins are going to help hair loss is if you’re deficient in those vitamins. It’s sad that women have to wade through so much bullshit like this to get to real answers that the medical community has provided and proven.
