Bhai I would suggest using a derma roller with 192 needles, this one has real needles whereas the 540 needles are not actually needles, they are just blades and cause unnecessary scarring and tearing.

First go shave your head it will clean all your dandruff I am 19 btw and I am facing it since 3 years yesterday I first time went to dr he said eat high protein diet, and gave me vitamins and a hair serum a lotion and some seed extracts tablets for a whole month, he said only 10% growth is possible everytime and also depends on person to person, also he can only stop hairfall not re growth it but he will check after a month or I will have to go through PRP therapy so yeah :)
