Thank you so much for your kind video sweetheart, I bought a new wig from xrs loose wave human hair wig and ask them to dye it. I didnt wearing right away because I wanted to wear it out of town, so I ordered in October, wore it in November for 2wks and washed it ONE TIME and it shriveled up all over with a odor! Went out of town without it wearing a wig I didn't want to wear in December, here it is January, came back on the 2nd, do you know I'm still working out the mats and knots right now?!!! It matted so bad ,the lace rolled backwards all around the face!!😢 Thank you once again for your help. Got in touch with them, told them what happened...now I wait to see if they will replace the front. If not I'll have to cut my losses 250.00 and I'm not through paying for the rug!!!!

Great question - so I'd say about a couple weeks but also it depends on the maintenance of the wig.

Does silicon mix help if your bundles are tangling easy ? I recently just brought some hair and I think it’s a bad batch cuz it keep l’s tangling especially the ends 😫

I recommend to not boil it but wash it with silicone shampoo & brush it out to define the curls while it's wet

The silicon mix fixes the split ends & re conditions the hair and cleans it as well for most textures it helps detangle the hair so that it can be more feasible to brush through so it can return to it's natural form or curl

So a friend asked me to help revive this wig so she can wear it. She got it from her daughter in law. As soon as I felt that monstrosity, I said it was real hair in the back and maybe a synthetic blend for the frontal. I soaked it hot water with really good conditioner, and now the frontal is a matted mess. She said her daughter in law spent $300 on it and only wore it once. Mind you, it had lace glue and makeup all on it, so I believe it, lol. How do I go about fixing the matted mess without just replacing the frontal with real hair? Or do I need that silicone conditioner? Thank you.

Hey, It depends on how far you're willing to go if it were I, I'd separate both parts and restore untangle etc. The silicon hair would need to be with different products.Knowing how to sew is a prerequisite for this process. If the hair looks like a lost cause it just maybe. I hope this helps thank you !

Do you detangle daily (dry hair)?

With dry deep wave if it's good quality you should be able to leave it as is through out the day if it's dry. Detangling typically happens overtime after to being styled.
