If yo extensions are "revived" by just brushing and straightening, they're not in bad condition. They're just tangled/wavy.

This is the most common question we have, when a customer has abandoned their ZALA's in a draw or box for a little while and they become a bit of a tangled mess :) Our extensions are Human Remy hair so they shouldnt become very dry or damaged, this is generally the worse they get! :)

Lauren Mcloughlin I have them and pretty much all hair extensions the silicone comes off and they do get dry regardless, these are by far the best I've had but I feel like the quality is always exaggerated. I barely style mine and there's breakage

Lauren nope mine were a lot worse they look almost synthetic I’ve had them a year now I do not believe this is 100% human hair at all

These are not 100% human hair. I've had my hair 2 weeks and they are a tangled nightmare. Zala refuses to fo anything about it. If your reading this, I highly recommend you do not purchase from this company. Their hair is awful.

The easiest way Is to spray rubbing alcohol on it and try separating bit by bit and comb down first until you reach the scalp area. Thanks me laturr

Don’t waste your money on this . The first time it will look flawless and healthy by the 2 month they are TRASH . I don’t even iron them enough for them to look fried . I mold them at night with silk ribbons and only iron them when they get out of shape but it’s RARE. And let me tell you they have been the worst extensions ever .. not worth the price or the hype . Also don’t run your fingers through them without pulling out a birds nest … come on ! Give us better quality

+Mishymeow meow I know saramonsterkitty did a good informational video about stripping color with dish soap and hot water. I've done that process before and worked decently well with box die, so fun colors should be a breeze. I wouldn't necessarily recommend boiling wtaer though, just decently hot. and brush them a lot because they tangled easily when i did mine. and make sure all the dish soap is out with a quick shampoo and maybe conditioning so they don't feel all funky :) hope that helped!

My tape in's lasted about two years all you have to do is after the four months of wearing them take them out clean the tape off completely then wash with fortifying deep cleanse shampoo and conditioner, put the hair extensions in a bag with coconut oil and leave them for two days, pull them out and wash again, let air dry and done good as new I've gotten a lot of use of my tape in's I've been wearing them practically non stop for two years the only time I wasn't wearing them was when i was cleaning them. I've had my wefted hair extensions for six years to keep them fresh/revive the wefted hair i use with the boiling method and their still as good as when i first got them, thick and full bodied right down to the ends and its aliexpress hair extensions I'm talking about.

Never buying zala again, I’ve given them 3 tries and every time my halo extensions matt from day one! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I know how to care for extensions and use amazing products and these extensions are trash, I get the halo cause I LOVE halo extensions but I’m no longer going to be a customer of zala
