Very good instruction I found it easier with a drill though , also make sure the return catch spring is making flipper go up wards other wise the cord won’t rewind .

To anyone is watching this. Buy a new one from a Dealer, they are 6 bucks and come in a sweet piece of plastic. DO NOT let them give you one without it, it lines up perfectly and pushes right in. Then you can use the plastic to rewind the spring if needed

Unless it's broken in half or bent horribly then u can just use a lighter to heat the end up and rebend the hook slowly while hot. Dont temper it tho. Just get it hot

Thanks, I tried to bend the end on the broken spring but it just kept breaking more ... I didn't try any heat though.

Great tip, I found waving the end of the spring you want to bend in a propane torch just until it turns colors works well to defeat the brittle spring steel.
