I just started last year on a 550 and immediately loved the challenge. Got a brand new superjet this year and so far, its way too easy and im 37 years old. I think if i started in my 20s, id probably be racing.

Great vid man, I bought my first jetski last summer and learned how to ride it trial by fire. All of these things you explained, I had to learn on my own accord. Great refresher and even learned a few new things like “when in doubt throttle it out.” I definitely caught the bug and can’t wait to get on the water this season. It’s 50 degrees here in Missouri and water temp is approx 38-40 degrees!

Only time I ever got injured riding was when I bailed way too soon.. with my weight off of the tray a wave popped up and threw the back end up and into my shin. Had I held on, I'd have been fine.
