I love line through baits! Six sense has some cool line through jig heads with a screw lock on them. Don’t have any yet but going to get some and try them out. I usually make my own line through’s with a coffee straw.

The best aspect is that the bait separates from the hook so your fish is less likely to throw the bait. Line though as been around for 20+ years. Us west coast Boys benn throwing these for along time.

Hi Glenn, around four feet unweighted like in this video. You can add weight to the body of the swimbait through different modification methods to squeeze a little more depth out of them, or fish on a weighted swimbait hook like in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXezg2xrZtCficU
