Thanks for the insight. Tampa Bay is full of deep inlets,grass flats, and potholes for nice trout.

I started using this exact setup vs live shrimp. Caught better quality fish on the Marker 54 jerk shrimp exactly like the one you're showing us. Great video captain. Be safe on the water and keep these videos coming.

Great information that you shared today my friend. Fisherman can learn a lot just booking a trip with you. It’s more than just catching fish it’s an experience in learning the details of fishing.

Fishing Kayak is there a good way to keep shrimp alive without using a trolling bait bucket,( hate pulling those) read somewhere cool damp newspaper works all day but Idk, any thoughts?
@cleanfunfishing7 ай бұрын
I have never found a good way for live bait in a kayak. I use frozen shrimp or cut bait instead.

Can you recommend a good rod for the popping cork? Brand length and power would be great. Thanks
@cleanfunfishing3 ай бұрын
A 7' to 7'6" medium fast or medium heavy both work well for a popping cork. Laguna Salt Custom Rods are great! www.lscustomrods.com/

Do you ever add scent to your artificial shrimp or paddle tails? See you later this week.
@cleanfunfishing7 ай бұрын
I have never tried scent with the cork and shrimp lures. I have tried with paddle tails but if it's that tough, I switch to Gulp instead. It never hurts to add scent though. See you this week Wayne!
