They look very nice, I like the shape of the jig head seems less prone to getting caught or digging into rock piles. Glad to see SWE is putting out regular content now, it's appreciated. Lastly what are the other options for jig head weight and colors, might be good to at least lay out the other colors and sizes on the video.

Thanks for the feedback! Thats a great idea and something we'll do in future videos. We carry the NLBN 3/4oz, 1oz, 1 1/2oz, and 2oz jig head in matching colors for all the swimbaits. You can see the collection here: saltwateredge.com/collections/no-live-bait-needed

I put a small piece of duct tape over the barb of the hook after a thread it threw the bait then remove it after I twist it down. I found that I don’t tear them up while rigging anymore

They look great. Is the height of the bait a little taller than the height of the jig head? Thanks!
@SaltwaterEdge2 жыл бұрын
They match up pretty well but if you don't get the jig head perfectly in the middle of the swimbait it can but a little higher/lower. If you screw it on really tight it can bulge a little bit too giving that appearance
@tdm57902 жыл бұрын
Are the jigheads the same weight or different sizes? What is the heaviest size?
@SaltwaterEdge2 жыл бұрын
We carry 3/4oz, 1oz, 1 1/2oz, and 2oz versions of their jig heads, they make them in matching colors for all of the swimbait colors. You can see them all here: saltwateredge.com/collections/no-live-bait-needed

I fish the NLBN lures down here in the Florida Panhandle for cobia and tarpon and have a little trick for rigging them without tearing the bait or cutting your fingers. Just slip a 1-inch piece of small translucent plastic tubing over the hook point before you start turning to lock in the screw mechanism. You never cut yourself or the bait and when you're done just pull off the tubing and you're ready to fish .. and, yes, these are PHENOMENAL lures!

Nice job...always good to see your how-to's: fast, to the point...no windbags wasting your time. I avoid most amateur instructional vids: more ego than info. You guys have a great store: free braid with reel purchase! What's not to love. I actually do all my Saltwater Edge orders by phone because it is so pleasant dealing with that guy...always patient and much faster than me struggling on the keyboard and making tiny mistakes filling out the forms..haha keep up the good work...if I lived by Saltwater Edge I would apply for a job.

Thanx for doing a video and showing how the screw head works. I’ve heard and seen these NLBN soft plastics but was having a hard time imagining getting the screw head in without mangling the soft plastic body. I’ve heard good thing’s about the quality of these. Thanx
