I live in the north and a 40 degree winter would be a warm winter. We typically hit 0 to -20 and sometimes have wind chill on top of that.
@nomad5092 ай бұрын
Winters here 500+ miles to the north average in the 30s, so I am pretty certain Jamie would turn into Ice Cube washing outside up here. Now that we are into November, I am thankful to have two garages at my apartment complex, most specifically the daily driver garage because 90% of the back wall is earth behind it which keeps it insulated from most of the winter coldness. Last week my new Grid Guard Universal cart arrived so I can consolidate my rinseless wash bucket into one rolling unit instead of a bucket dolly and cart to simplify winter maintenance cleaning inside. Next up is to get a Sous vide to warm the bucket water so I don't freeze my digits. Lastly it's not a bad idea to hit up the pay-n'wash to rid all the grit prior to a hands on clean up!

Not saying I don't believe you, but how do the surfactants in Nemesis know to wait till the end of the wash to eat the polymers? Why don't the surfactants eat the polymers while it's just sitting in the bottle on the shelf in my garage? I use and love Nemesis btw.
@TheHouseofRags2 ай бұрын
Words from the chemist Rinseless wash data Chemical makeup does it have polymers Yes, it does contain polymers. It's a biodegradable blend of the best surfactants money can buy. Designed to clean as well as any traditional wash but gentle enough to maintain protected surfaces. Utilizing 4 different surfactants in unison to safely remove all forms of dirt, bugs, or grime. Immense emulsification and lubricity to safely lift dirt and allow it to glide effortlessly into your wash media. How did you come up with slickness The slickness was a trick because the same surfactants would typically remove any silicones used to create slickness. Thus, a micro emulsion of polymers was used to provide slickness without leaving behind any protection.

It’s easier to work with at 3:1 ratio. Less chances of streaking comes to mind. It’s super strong straight, pretty stout!
@TheHouseofRags2 ай бұрын
Jay actually the fixed one will be good straight as well - chemisty had to go back and make sure that the blending process and the way the chemistry was done didn’t separate or sit - what Jamie and I found out through conversation is he blended down our first batch had it in a drum didn’t yo touch for a while So we’re retesting batch 2 and we’ll Report but should fix the problems people are seeing Goal for nemesis was to leave behind film like a coating last a long time straight stay hydrophobic and slickness build over time . So much activity it allows for diluting Neat/ 1:1 spray on towel apply dry 1:3/1:5 toppers You can use neat on a wet panel as a drying aid does amazing or rinse aid but requires to Flush the panel more then others

@edisoncahuana42372 ай бұрын
@ thank you for that but which one do you guys recommend more?

At the moment I’m looking for a drying aid that would be good with a rinseless that won’t leave too much protection but enough to help dry the car. Similar to Ceramic Gloss
@elonsus9747Күн бұрын
@@edisoncahuana4237I would do 5:1. As it’s a pretty strong sealant. I’d recommend using rinse-less wash diluted as a quick detailer when drying personally. Drying with heavy protection products cause smearing and streaking when used as drying aids imo.

Cracks me up when you guys say 44F is Winter. I see no salty crust over the paint and wheel wells full to the wheels with densely packed snow that stays there until Spring.
