Do you use more pre-spray depending on how dirty the car is?
@TheHouseofRags20 күн бұрын
No but you would hose it off to get the majority off the vehicle then proceed as usual
@diydetailofficial20 күн бұрын
If you have heavy accumulation, spray, rinse, spray, and wash.

Greetings, I have a question. I understood that clay scratches the vehicle. Isn't it necessary to polish after using the decontamination towel? Or is it a myth that scratches the vehicle? thank you
@TheHouseofRags19 күн бұрын
Proper technique and lubrication with the Rinseless and ceramic gloss means virtually no scratching, but yes it’s best practice to follow with a polish
@zzo2816 күн бұрын
Clay bar and decon perfo towel( sponge, mitt) is different. It needs polish after clay bar if dont want marring. This towels are more safe.

Yvan, whats your thoughts on having multiple buckets, one on each side of the car?

What do you do with serious contamination the towel won’t touch? I drop back to a medium grade bar. This is rare but I have encountered it.
@TheHouseofRags14 күн бұрын
Definitely bust out the traditional Clay bar from time to time
@@chrisbradley3224This recent video by DIY Detail shows you how without risking scratching the paint

Hi Jamie for the rinseless drying towel maybe something plush like the goat or a cheaper 1200+ GSM 16X16 inch towel. Should be capable to dry a whole car for rinseless in a small easy to use package.

@diydetailofficial, maybe a disclaimer.... a job like this is ideal for mildly dirty/dusty vehicles? Otherwise you'd upcharge maybe for a more thorogh decon job before getting to the single step clay/seal.

Without wheels and tires, would that be a $60 service wash? If you had to do the wheels and tires does that now become $120 service wash?
@TheHouseofRags20 күн бұрын
Definitely
@diydetailofficial20 күн бұрын
150$ is the industry average for this. For a service like this use DIY Detail Rinse Less Wash to clean the wheel face and tire then a spray of DIY Detail Ceramic Gloss to dry.

Expensive world. Its maybe 30-40 € in my area. 100-150€ with 1step polish and wax. 400-500 2step with ceramic coat. I need go to USA make some money 😀

When any of ya'll are Using these AMAZING Drying Towels / Blankets, All you ever do is just "Wipe" behind the Person for the Final Wipe, My Question is, No one "EVER" Goes over the Glass repeatedly to make sure it doesn't have any "STREAKS" and it Looks Flawless and Streak FREE?????? How's that Work????? GLASS is alway's a P I T A for All Detailers? How is that GLASS JUST SPOTLESS in these Video's????????? 😳 Hmmmmmm.....
