@omega941 Depends how your trying to dump it. If your doing it my way I'd look around as sometimes the second half is far away. This normally happens when that half is the same in multiple frames of animation.

Which version of gens is this? And can you post the shortcuts you're using for grabbing and for changing the sheet bg? Also how do you keep from moving the bg along with the selection in mspaint?

Is there any way to just use a program similar to a .SWF decompiler to just decompile the entire game and sprites without having to screenshot everything?

I know this was posted awhile ago but I'd appreciate any help I can still get. What do I do if the pause function changes the palette of my sprites? Do I have to manually change it or is there a way to pause the emulation itself? I'm trying to rip sprites of the Green Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

ive downloaded the version of gens from your site but the colour key never works for me, it just doesn't do anything, including on a copy of the game you're running in this video.

Just make screenshot (Shift+backsp) with Colour Key enabled, it will be with pink background. I think it's windows 10 issue, that custom background color is not rendered in game.

What version of Gens is this? Because when I go to CPU->Debug, it does NOT show the Layers. It just say Genesis -68000, Genesis -Z80, Genesis - VDP. Please help.
