Huh. I thought unripe tomatoes had to sit in a sunny window, not under a tarp. Interesting! It's about to freeze here and these are my first tomato plants. Thanks for the tip!

Hello ! My Grandfather came back from WWII and as I was growing up in PA he had a garden with everything that you could grow in PA from apples, cherries, Pears, grapes, potatoes, cabbage, carrots lettuce beans, parsley, onions. ...you name it he grew it and he had a beautiful garden and believe it or not my grandfather and grandfather’s real name was Adam and Eve I have absolutely wonderful great memories growing up in the garden with my grandfather and my grandmother. I’m so blessed that I have those memories so when I saw your page and saw how big your garden was it immediately brought back those times and memories of my grandfather and his garden . Thank you so much for sharing your skills with everyone ! A garden is a wonderful thing to grow your own food is absolutely amazing....
