Any recommendation for riveting in a gas forge?

Nice but what if you haven't got those riveting tools for form the head of the rivet, how could you make them?

How would you rivet bands of steel so the rivets show but the band would lay flat against a piece of wood?

Why don't the 'hot-rivet' lineman's pliers have the rounded heads on the outside? They must build some recess on the pliers and then grind smooth the heads? Thanks.

The bucking and heading tool work excellent. They finish off the rivet end so nicely.
