Really the Goblin involvement in the first two wars... actually makes me think to the Ferengi rules of acquisition, if only because I watched some DS9 lately. #34: War is good for business. And #35: Peace is good for business.

Leonite yes! Everytime I play a Goblin, I just pretend she's Ferengi (male of course because females cannot earn profit unless it's Quarks mom). Goblins = Warcraft Ferengi.

My goblin hunter is Steamwheedle but served as an auxiliary for the Kul Tiran Marines as a scout during the Second War. He was a street urchin in Boralus before he apprenticed under a gunsmith. He is unaffiliated with either the modern Alliance nor Horde, but he enjoys expatriate status with the Alliance, mainly because he spoke good Common(albeit with a Tirassian dialect) and he does mercenary work for them. His Chaotic Neutral nature, heavily inspired by the human characteristics, makes him something of an individual supremacist: a little man who knows what he wants and gets what he wants, being completely impartial to morality. He also has high Wisdom for a Goblin, or the "street smarts" he often uses as leverage in social interactions. (I can't fully realize this kind of background given that Steamwheedlers aren't playable, but Kul Tiras does have a small goblin population.)

I have to thank you again , last night I joined a heavy RP guild , and with the help and information you gave ......I had the most rewarding time , I connected for the first time and that's saying something I played vanilla to lichking then picked it back up after MOP started to fade . I would love to see one on hunters, but I know it would be tricky because this class relies more on the players race to decide who they are. Of course talking about pets alone could be a good subject matter for it because believe me hunter pets in RP have *lots* of rules.

Awesome videos, I think I have watched almost all now! I have always had character stories in my head, you have given me the confidence to actually put these idea out there. I have started a few characters on Wyrmrest already, kinda daunting at first but it feels like i'm playing a new game, so great! Curse you! I've always loved Goblins they have so much personality but I've never made one because I'm not a fan of the Horde and now in Legion I actively despise it (That's a very good thing btw, good on Blizz for making me hate the opposite faction xD) but after this video you've convinced me! Addendum: Kaja'mite most recently has been found on Zandalar, meaning that now that the Zandalari Empire has made friends with the Horde, means that Goblins very well could have access to Kaja'mite once more, also debunking the claim that Kaja'mite could only be found in the Undermines. Also, love how you give more reverence and respect to Goblins then Blizz does nowadays, using them mostly as the butt of jokes rather then a race who have been known to be god damn brilliant and dangerous at the same time.

I feel like personally Goblins likely only devolved a tiny bit from their super advanced tech because of the fact that they weren't ACTIVELY developing, since there was no more of the mineral, they didn't have a reason to pass the teachings of making and using kaja'mite machines anymore, I heard they used it to power their tech, but that could have been false info

You can still be neutral in character though with a favoring for the Horde.

before pets were account wide, and the auction houses were separated, i used to sell some pets on the faction neutral auction house, or i sold it to myself cheaply and sold it on the Horde AH more expensive. This was also a way how Goblins (anyone really) could make business with the Alliance.

Hey Aura, I RP a Goblin Warrior who's fiercely loyal to the Horde (Nazgrim loyal). How does it work making a goblin extremely honorable and loyal? Is it even possible, considering goblins?

Anything is possible in RP. I can't see why there wouldn't be a few goblin outliers who are altruistic and noble.

Goblins are passionate first and foremost! If Honor is what motivates your Goblin go for it! Just make sure to add some of that Goblin attitude!

This might be a little inaccurate now with the Chronicles book out. At least, the race originations part. But given the way most Goblins RP with each other (talking about the present) this shouldn't be too much of an issue.

+Inquisitor Aura Oh, you may find this helpful: The Goblins in Pinchwhistle Point are Steamwheedle. I looked and looked and looked in game, and I could never find a clear answer as to what they were until I found it referenced rather obscurely in a breadcrumbs quest that leads from your garrison to the place ("I am here to answer the call of the Steamwheedle." spoken to your flight master), as far as I could tell, that was literally the only reference to what cartel they are.
